Enhance your writing & communication skills while earning
This has been stuffs that I’ve been pondering since I started blogging. Honestly, I’m so poor in grammar and spelling. Good thing MSWord and is their to help me with it but sad to say this technology has some lapses also just like me. It’s really a fact that we can’t really rely on MSWord’s capabilities of checking its complete sentence structure and grammar up to some extent. But I guess I have no choice if I wanted to enhance my writing together with my communication skills.
I’ve been reading books since the last three years when I joined the Hr bandwagon. It has been my desire to learn some valuable lessons on how to manage people effectively tapping their innate latent and honing their potentials for them to be employable or be an achiever in their various fields. Actually, I don’t settle learning certain fields in HR rather I wanted to learn more on HR at a full spectrum because I’m quite comfortable at that place and could possibly learn a lot while looking things from up above. Just like playing chess, you can be more effective if you can see where your colleagues are being positioned for you to implement the game plan or for me as an HR to know where to insert and give value. We might have specifics goals but still I can’t satisfy that goal without them satisfying mine.
Anyway, books have been valuable to me and it’s my most essential companion aside from that special someone. I’m very much contented in a boring place with a book around. In this way I can wake my imagination and leave that place mentally. Aside from that I don’t go out without carrying a book with me because I know for sure that somewhere there’s a boring place out there that I might be dealing with. So you might think of me as bookish? Well I’m also practical and attacks situation logically and practically, so I’m just a typical brute the one you usually bump with.
So what then is my dilemma? Well, I really wanted to enhance my writing and communication skills. Reading alone can’t enhance it for sure so I resorted to blogging. Blogging has been around for months now and has been an effective tool by web geeks & wonks that wanted to express their brilliant side. Updated articles from known writers around the globe are constantly updated so expect them to be fresh. These articles are a source of my ideas as to how I can fully load my self up and position myself better for upcoming trends and practices in Hr, Web Technology & leadership etc. The Good thing also is that, I wanted to see myself how much have I grown thru blogging. Through blogging I can fully assess myself as to my dumbness or being fully loaded. In this way also I can correct myself as to attacking certain topics and what’s needed to be done using a friend to read my articles. In this way she can correct me because as the saying goes two heads are better that one. So what’s the good side? Those stuffs are certainly good for me and for an average person in this virtual community who wanted to enhance their writing and communication skills for blogging is same as communicating though with virtual audiences. Aside from that, you earn.
I’ve been using Google Adsense since last year and noticed its positive results just lately when I launched my core project www.Lagahit.com an employer edited job directory. All I have to do is use the code and upload it at my blogspot account. So if someone drop’s by a possibility of generating passive income is certain.
