CAREER DEVELOPMENT -
Does your company maintains an environment where employess are encouraged to learn and develop your career?

SALARY PACKAGE & BENEFITS -
Does your company offers you a reasonable salary package and benefits compared to other company that keeps you motivated to do your job?

WORKPLACE DIVERSITY -
Is your company an attractive workplace to minorities and/or disadvantaged persons?

WORKPLACE CULTURE -
Does the culture of your company encourages creativity and innovation in you to break new grounds and be more productive?

WORKLIFE BALANCE -
Does your company balances work and non-work to better manage both projects and relationships thereby leading to the balance of both professionally and personally?

EFFECTIVE INTERNAL COMMUNICATION -
Does your company posses are very effective internal communication system that keeps you abreast of the day to day aspects of the business?

EMPLOYEE RECOGNITION AND REWARD SYSTEM-
Does your company reward outstanding performance with outstanding pay?

TRAINING OPPOTURINITIES -
Does your company highly invest on trainings to make you more effective on your present job or better qualified for another job?

CORPORATE SOCIAL CONSCIENCE -
Does your company consider the interests of customers, employees, shareholders, communities, and ecological considerations in all aspects of their operations?
I'll be using this Indicators to come up with a mini survey form to be used in my website www.lagahit.com. Already had various features here to be uploaded soon at www.lagahit.com. So a few weeks or months from now expect a lot of features and so far so useful and easy to use. Feel free to suggest other indicators as well.
